Glad I went anyway. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The Chelsea Luxe is the better one of the two. The decor was very nice.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast was good, the shower is not really built for a tall person due to it being shorter, the bathroom counter top for the sink is not built for two people to put the stuff on being that its very small, the hand towel holder over the sink came off of the wall just by touching the towel to dry my hands.

The fridge froze everything even the bottle waters due to not having a temperature control to lower it down and NO microwave to reheat any food so left overs had to be thrown away!

The king size bed is very comfortable and the ocean view was gorgeous! We did not like the fact that they kept ringing the fire alarm which were false alarms and very inconvenient due to them constantly saying to leave the premises to go down from the 12th floor by stairs but how with my woman who is handicap!

Instead of them checking it out they rang the alarm on 3 occasions! They have great wifi and we had to pay for valet parking since there was no private parking for guests.

Be advised that the indoor pool is not located on the premises you have to go to the other building and go to the indoor pool on the 6th floor which is small!!!!
